Riley brings a well-rounded skillset to the Bucknam & Conley team, developed through diverse career experiences that have sharpened her expertise in operations, human resources, and project management. Since joining the firm in October 2022, she has been instrumental in creating and implementing systems that enhance efficiency, improve performance, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
In her current role, Riley oversees the firm’s administrative functions and projects, managing key areas such as software management, project coordination, accurate billing, and marketing. Her ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions supports both strong team dynamics and outstanding client service. Riley’s proactive approach ensures that the firm’s systems and processes continually evolve to meet the needs of clients and the team alike.
Riley holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany (2019) and earned her MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Capella University (2025). Her passion for advancing systems and strategies ensures the firm continues to grow and adapt.
