Cindy Ovland, CPA, joins Bucknam & Conley as a Senior Accountant, bringing more than a decade of experience in public accounting, tax, assurance, and advisory services. Throughout her career, Cindy has worked with a diverse range of clients, providing expertise in tax planning and compliance, auditing, financial reporting, and business advisory services.
Prior to joining Bucknam & Conley, Cindy served as a Senior Tax Associate and previously held senior assurance and advisory roles with regional accounting firms throughout New York’s Capital Region. Her background also includes specialized experience in retirement plan services and employee benefit plan engagements.
Cindy earned her Master of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany in 2015 and gained her CPA license in 2025. She is committed to helping clients navigate complex financial matters while providing practical guidance and personalized service.
