Carissa brings over 20 years of CPA experience to her role as managing partner. Known for her strong command of the tax code and IRS rulings, and backed by six years as an auditor, she delivers insightful tax strategies that help clients achieve their goals.
Her focus is on providing clients with relevant tax advice by taking time to understand their business, staying current with seemingly constant changes in multi-state and federal law, and using this combined knowledge to provide proactive planning and advisory services that reduce taxes, maximize profit, and enable growth.
Carissa is dedicated to helping privately-owned businesses, business owners, and investors across the country handle complex tax issues. Her experience working with businesses of all sizes and in various sectors, coupled with ongoing professional education, provides her with a wealth of knowledge and positions her as a trusted advisor to her clients.

She holds a BS in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania as well as her CPA License. Carissa also completed Upstream Academy’s Emerging Leaders Academy, a three-year CPA leadership program.
